INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana, peel removed
- 1/2 cup almond milk (FODMAPers sub in coconut or lactose free cow’s milk)
- 1 heaping tablespoon all natural peanut butter
- 3-4 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Toss everything into blender. Blend until creamy and smooth.
