INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs asparagus, spears trimmed 4-5 inches long tips
- extra virgin olive oil
- blackpepper
- 4 slices bacon
- chives (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Lightly coat asparagus in extra-virgin olive oil. Season the asparagus with black pepper. Gather bundles of of 4-6 asparagus spears and wrap with bacon.
- Place bundles on slotted broiler pan. Bake 12 minutes.
