INGREDIENTS
- 1 large jicama, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 C watermelon, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/3 C coarsely chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Tajin, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine the jicama and watermelon in a large bowl. Toss with the cilantro and lime juice.
Season with Tajin and serve immediately.
