Join us for a contemplative tea ceremony to reflect on the past and prepare for the future. We will explore a variety of teas from around the world while journaling about the events of the past year and setting intentions for the new year. Enjoy the warmth of tea and community as we celebrate renewal in the dark of Winter.
This ceremony will occur on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM–11:00 AM at Wrong Way’s River Lodge. The event is only open to Integrative Family Medicine members, and there is no cost for attending. Space is limited to 15 participants. Please RSVP via this link. This event will not be recorded.
