The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: June Book Club with Integrative Family Medicine

Does your home nurture your well-being? Join us this June for our book club—free, virtual, and open to the community at large. We will be reading The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing by Marie Kondo. In this book, Ms. Kondo offers a system for decluttering and organizing, once and for all. She encourages her readers to go through their possessions while asking, “Does this spark Joy?” The end goal is to transform your home into a space that kindles calm, motivation, and well-being.
Join our Health Coach, Ariana Figueroa, for a series of conversations about The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. The Book Club will meet on Tuesdays at 12:00 pm for four times total via Zoom to discuss the book as we read it.
