PA-C/FNP

Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated PA-C or FNP who is passionate about primary care. The position is 30 hours/week. Our practice mission is to provide personalized, integrative primary care to the community. We work with both individual patients and local businesses to provide healthcare services to our members, both at our Depot St. location and several off-site occupational clinics.

Position includes:

  • Average of 11–12 patients per day
  • No traditional call or weekend clinic hours. (On weekends we rotate patient portal coverage for urgent messages only).
  • No hospital rounds (outpatient only)
  • Work in a positive team environment
  • Longer visits with patients
  • Support staff and programs for both treating chronic illness and promoting optimal wellness

Requirements:

  • Excels in skills of empathy, compassion, and active listening
  • Experience with nutrition counseling
  • Experience or interest in Lifestyle Medicine
  • Works well in a team-based atmosphere
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and personal growth
  • 2+ years experience in primary care

Recommended:

  • 2+ years experience with Integrative Medicine

  • Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Primary care: 2 years (Required)
  • Integrative Medicine: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)
  • Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
